I want to ask for an advance?
I just had to pay a $250 unexpected car repair bill, and now am short on cash. I want to ask for a $250 paycheck advance but am embarassed. How would I go about doing this? As for asking it depends on your work environment and how you stand with your bass, how long you have been employed there etc. I sometimes give advances to employees, and take it off over a few pay periods, but 250.00 is not very much maybe you could ask to take it off over two pay periods.
