so i am looking to purchase a phone on ebay and want to do it thru paypal using my 2 different credit cards because one has a $300 credit limit and the phone is $300+. If i were to add the money to my paypal account would it be considered a cash advance? i only have a $150 cash advance limit on both accounts.
